1: What is your return policy? |
Exchange ONLY. If you contact us within 14 days of ship date. If item is NOT available you will be given a store credit. NO CASH REFUNDS. If you need to return an item, please call us for an return number. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for the return. Charges will be free for broken or non-working items. |

2: Do you combine shipping? |
Yes, we do combine shipping. So the more you buy the more you save. All shipping is done by weight. |

3: When can I expect my order to arrive? |
2 to 6 working days after order is placed for ground shipping. priority and overnight...much much quicker! |

4: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |
We charge by weight and zip code. We do NOT charge any handling fees. |

5: Do you ship internationally? |
Yes, to Canada (UPS only) UK and Australia. Please ask about shipping BEFORE you buy the item. Restrictions apply. Customer is required to pay ALL taxes and duties for international mailings. |

6: Colors and color choices options? |
If you buy an item with a color choice, make sure you provide us with your color choice either by email, or on the PAYPAL payment. WE ARE NOT responsible for sight color differences between item and the item picture. Most pictures are company supplied per copyright laws. |

We make every possible attempt to provide an accurate representation of the products in our store. Many pictures are actually provided by the manufacturer. We are not responsible for end user monitor color calibration issues or errors from the manufacturer. |

9: Are product descriptions accurate? |
We make every attempt to have accurate product descriptions, but are not responsible for type-o's or other errors in vendor descriptions which are used to create our product descriptions.. |

10: How are lost shipments handled? |
We make every attempt to use shippers which provide tracking mechanisms. We are not responsible for products lost in transit or which are left at the recipient address. Please contact the shipper to resolve these types of shipping issues. |
